Four teams qualify.

The top four in each district advance. The two larger schools enter Division I; the two smaller enter Division II, using UIL’s October 2025 enrollment figures.

Finish still matters.

This scenario places the higher-finishing qualifier in the W slot and the other in R within each division. District 9 crosses with District 10 in the first round.

Six rounds. One goal.

Win four rounds to take Region II, then face Region I in the state semifinal. The final is against the Region III/IV winner.
